At Pizazz Hair Official Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your hair extensions or wig, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of receipt provided they are in their original, unaltered condition.

  Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our designated quality control warehouse.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
